Better Roads » The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is calling for a 25-cent gas tax to help pay for the nation’s roads, bridges and transit. The Chamber, which represents more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, also wants legislation that eases private investment in public projects; streamlines permitting; and that brings more laborers into the market via work-based learning and immigration reform.
