Press-Telegram » On Tuesday, workers will begin hoisting the first portion of supporting steel—sometimes called the super structure—and connecting it to one of two 515-foot towers via cables. It will take two days to lift, officials said. Concrete slabs will then go on top of the super structure and from there, workers will build the roadway out from that tower and toward the approaches.
