The Oregon Department of Transportation conducted two studies, “Rough Roads Ahead: The Cost of Poor Highway Conditions to Oregon’s Economy” and the “Oregon Highways Seismic Plus Report,” that discuss the economic implications of deteriorating state highways and bridges, and the need for more investment in transportation infrastructure.
