I-69 Extension Project Delayed Again

State says I-69 section can’t be completed until August 2018

IndyStar » The Indiana Finance Authority said in a notice to bond holders that it “assumes” the project will be finished Aug. 31, 2018. The original estimated date for completion was October 2016. It is the fourth time the completion date has been pushed back as the public-private partnership used to build and finance the project appears to be crumbling.
