$1 billion municipal water pipeline planned in N.D.

Grand Folks Herald » A planned $1 billion pipeline to move water from the Missouri River to the Cheyenne River in North Dakota will be discussed at a conference Tuesday, and the hope is to start construction in 2019. The 165-mile project will augment municipal water, and 35 community and rural water systems have backed it.
