Chinese company tests giant bus that drives over cars
The Transit Elevated Bus (TEB) concept was introduced in 2010 as a way to ease traffic congestion in crowded urban areas. TEB Technologies debuted the TEB model in May 2016 and is now conducting the first road test of its TEB-1 in China’s Hebei province. The TEB-1 is 16 feet tall, the width of two lanes of traffic, drives on existing roadways using a track, and can carry up to 300 passengers in a cabin that is 72 feet long and 26 feet wide.
