The SH 130 Concession Company was awarded Texas’s first highway public-private partnership (P3) contract to build and operate a 41-mile stretch of the State Highway (SH) 130 toll road in exchange for a portion of the toll revenue for 50 years. Just three years after opening their section of SH 130, the Concession Company has filed for bankruptcy.
