Tutor Perini Corp. was hired to build the 48-story Harmon Hotel Tower on the Las Vegas Strip. In 2008, construction on the project stopped when inspectors found that steel used on the first 26 floors was not strong enough to support the construction of the remaining 22 floors. Tutor Perini Corp. and CityCenter have accused each other of breach of contract. Six years later, the 12 lawsuits have been folded into one case, and the jury selection has finally begun.
