This article takes a look at the public-private partnership framework currently being developed in Florida. The state is actively growing its P3 capabilities with a new state task force that will meet for the first time July 1, 2014. It is expected to follow a very similar model and process to the task force and dedicated office that created in Virginia in 2011.
