When will the I-77 toll lanes open?

The Charlotte Observer » The project, now under construction for two years, has drawn the ire commuters whose commute times have gone from 35 minutes to two hours. I-77 Mobility Partners — a subsidiary of Spain-based contractor Cintra – is responsibility for financing, designing and building the project. I-77 Mobility Partners also will operate and maintain the lanes under terms of the deal.
