The Orange County toll road will be refinanced for the second time. The Transportation Corridor Agencies first refinanced the toll road in 2011. According to the new plan, approximately half of the $2.2 billion in bonds that were sold to build the project will be restructured, but drivers may have to pay tolls until 2050.
