Hogan’s $9 billion transportation projects would use public-private partnerships The Washington Post » Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said that the $9 billion project will add four toll lanes apiece to Maryland’s half of the Capital Beltway, Interstate 270 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. He said two of the projects would be built via a public-private partnership.
